Finding Neverland

Did you see the movie that came out end of Nov. 2004? It is one of my all time favorites.

I just finished watching it again (for probably the 7th or 8th time) and it still has its magic.

It is a story about James Barrie, the author of Peter Pan. It tells about his life and what inspired him in writing Peter Pan. While that is interesting and a good plot line, it is really much more.

It is a story about the innocence of children and the power of one’s imagination. It also has a lot to say about perspective. One’s perspective in life influences everything. If you have not seen it, I insist that you do.

Make sure you have a box of Kleenex handy, for happy tears as well as sad.

In addition to the movie, the musical score is absolutely beautiful.

  2. Deb

I quite enjoy the talented Depp as well. Counting down to 7-7-06, Pirates of the Caribbean II
