I guess I am not Catholic

So I just took a quiz that is supposed to help “catagorize” my theology & denominational views. Here are the results:

You scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan. You are an evangelical in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that God’s grace enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.

I think one of the most interesting points is the exact same percentage between liberal & fundamentalist. I know that I am neither, but I think the rest of the world only sees those two options when it comes to chrsitians.

I just took the quiz and I scored 93% Evangelical Holiness/ Wesleyan! Hmmm, apparently my time at SPU (a Free Methodist college) was more influential in my faith than I thought. 🙂

hmm…fun surveys, its always good to know that I’m still reformed…(though likely not as Reformed as Michael) Its too bad they don’t have a good term for people who come out of 19th century Calvinistic Methodism with a hint of Puritan in them…oh well…-Tom
